Our six stage process has been refined over 30 years, to make building your home as easy and stress-free as possible. From initial consultation through to handover, our team will be with you every step of the way.
To track the progress of your build, regular site visits, phone calls, and follow ups will be made, and you will be sent photos and videos of your home as it comes to life.

1. plans
Our first meeting is all about getting to know you, finding out your wants and needs, and getting a feel for your style. This is also an opportunity for us to review your plans, and to get an understanding of your budget. If you don’t have plans, we can help you create a design that will suit your block perfectly.
2. specs & Requirements
We’ll then work with you to finalise the specification for your home. This will include layout, size, number of rooms, style of home, and any special requirements you might have.

Once we have a good understanding of your requirements, our team of architects will get to work on creating the perfect design for you.
A floor plan will be designed to maximize the form, flow, function of your space.
2. engineering drawings
After the architectural drawings are finalised, our engineering team will create the structural drawings for your home. This will include foundations, load-bearing walls, and roofing.
3. 3d renders
Photorealistic renders of the interior and exterior of your home will then be created, so you can see exactly what your home will look like when it’s finished.
4. building permits
Once the designs and drawings have been signed off, we will submit a building application on your behalf. All required permits will be obtained, ready for us to start the construction phase of building your home.
This is where the fun begins – choosing all the materials, fittings and fixtures for your home! Our team will work with you, room by room, to select everything from flooring and tiles, to kitchen appliances and light fittings.
We give you the freedom to choose between our range of materials with the ability to upgrade, or you can source your own. Whichever way you choose to go, we’ll be there to guide you through the process and offer advice along the way.
Once you’re happy with the design, specification and materials for your home, an itemised contract will then be prepared for you to sign.
Included will be your selections, along with site fees, builder fees, and construction costs, and agreed timeline, so there are no hidden surprises.
If you’re wanting to make a design tweak at a later stage, our team is happy to amend your contract.
After the contract is signed, construction on your new home will begin! Our team will work tirelessly to build your home to the highest quality, and to the agreed timeline.
An open line of communication will be maintained throughout the construction process, and you will be updated on the progress of your home, any unforeseen issues, or guided if any changes are needing to be made.
A final inspection will be conducted with our building supervisor, and any items on the punch list will be rectified.
Once completed, we will hand you the keys to your brand new home. It’s now time for you to enjoy your brand new space.
